The technical requirements of the vulcanizing tank

1.The tank uses AC Variable-frequency Speed regulation and thereduction gear uses worm gear to reduce the speed.

2.Machining temperatures≤500℃ and classify the tank into 4 heating areas,i.e.,the front,hinder,upper and lower areas to separately control the temperature.

3.Use two pairs of expansion protraction and hammer roller in the front and hinder to make the tension of the steel tape.

4.Use flap type of cover.

5.After heating to the maximum high temperature,the whole equipment will not have problems of distortion,crack and deformation etc.

6.The heat conservancy thickness is about 150mm.

7.The silicon gel vulcanization baking channel can be customize according to customer's requirements.
